These Terms & Conditions govern your use of ZennSight’s services and form a legally binding agreement between you and Zennsight.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By booking a consultation or using any Zennsight service, you agree to these Terms and Conditions ("T&Cs"), which form a legally binding agreement under the Indian Contract Act, 1872. These T&Cs supplement the Terms of Use.
2. Service Description
- Consultation Process:
- Users schedule consultation calls via the Zennsight website (www.zennsight.com) after payment.
- Calls are conducted by trained analysts, with user consent for recording, in compliance with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act).
- Analysts prepare and deliver bespoke reports within 3–5 business days via a secure client portal or email.
- Service Scope: Services are advisory and intended to support decision-making in areas like career, finance, or life crises. Outcomes are not guaranteed.
- Availability: Services are subject to analyst availability and may be limited to maintain exclusivity.
3. Payment Terms
- Pricing:
- ZennSight offers multiple consultation tiers and services.
- Service prices are listed on the ZennSight website and are subject to change with prior notice.
- Any price changes will not affect sessions already booked and paid for.
- Prices are in Indian Rupees (INR), the user will be responsible for any currency conversion fees.
- Payment Methods: Payments are processed via secure gateways (e.g., Razorpay, Stripe).
- Taxes: All prices exclude applicable taxes (e.g., GST), which will be added as per the Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017.
- Invoicing: Invoices are issued digitally upon payment, compliant with GST regulations.
4. User Obligations
- Scheduling: Users must book consultations at least 48 hours in advance, subject to availability.
- Conduct: Users must provide accurate information and engage respectfully during consultations.
- Consent for Recording: Users must consent to call recordings for quality and report preparation, as per the DPDP Act.
5. Confidentiality
- Zennsight commits to protecting user information as per the Privacy Policy.
- Users agree not to disclose proprietary frameworks or report content publicly without permission.
6. Force Majeure
Zennsight is not liable for delays or failure to provide services due to events beyond our control, such as natural disasters or technical failures, as recognized under Indian law.
7. Amendments
We may update these T&Cs, with changes posted on our website. Users will be notified of significant changes via email, as required by the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
