  • You agree to take responsibility for your decisions and their consequences as our services are reporting & advisory in nature.
  • Prohibited:
    • Illegal use of services
    • Unauthorized system access or use of any Zennsight resources, services, or content
    • Sharing or reproducing proprietary material
    • Engaging in any form of data scraping or extraction
    • Using automated means to access the services
    • Reselling or redistributing any Zennsight content without permission
    • Use of Zennsight’s name, branding or any related intellectual property without consent

5. Intellectual Property

  • All decision frameworks, tools, and reports are protected by Indian IP laws.
  • You may not copy, share, or publish Zennsight materials without consent.

6. Limitation of Liability

  • Decision outcomes cannot be guaranteed.
  • You bear full responsibility for your choices.
  • Our total liability is limited to the service fee paid.
